Personal Story - Who is Kurt Dingle?

Born and raised in Jersey Channel Islands.

​

Since 2015 I have been established in as a Personal trainer, my journey starting in the city of Salisbury after 3 years studying a BSc Health and Exercise Science degree, in England. 2023 I obtained my Sports Nutrition Accreditation, opening a whole new level of opportunity within the industry and for my clients.

 

My passion and knowledge has excelled in my field with persistent acquisition of information, updating my skills and relentless commitment to helping my clients experience total health and performance vitality that can be related to successfully COMBATing life!

​

Years of commitment towards self-mastery in sport. I found my passion at 18 when I started competitive boxing, having competed in England and Australia since then. A discipline, teacher of self and humbling art that I am addicted to, and the transfer of continuous growth focus  towards perfecting my craft as an athlete and coach across multiple avenues. Boxing alone, has taught me life lessons that no words out of a book could, which I look to relay onto my clients throughout their own personal journey - embracing trial, challenge and postive change!

 

At CombatTrainingNutrition, the main aim is to provide unparalleled excellence for client satisfaction and development. It’s this standard of accountability and coaching that has given the impetus for my company to grow and build healthy, positive athletes in everyone I am fortunate enough to work with. 

 

Using the scientific wisdom, ancient philosophies and current research, I aim to find and develop unique ideologies and methods based upon the essential principles for health, elite performance and resilient minds. Continuously seeking further education, understanding and experiecne though personal challenge in performance and levelling up my education as a non-negotiable.
